GCT Delivery Service Terms

Effective date: 24 October 2026. These terms apply to delivery and transport services expressly accepted by GCT Technologies Private Limited (GCT), including services performed through its fulfilment partners.

1. Service provider and scope

GCT is the contracting delivery-service provider when identified as such in the accepted booking. GCT may engage fulfilment partners and remains responsible for the service it accepts. A fulfilment partner does not become the ordering party's separate contracting service provider merely by performing the job.

These terms govern the delivery service. The description, condition, ownership and lawful contents of any goods must be accurately disclosed by the ordering party. GCT's acceptance of a delivery does not make GCT the seller of those goods.

2. Quote and booking acceptance

The agreed quote identifies the service charge, applicable taxes, pickup and drop locations, service window, collection instructions, declared value and handling restrictions, where applicable. Quotes may be provided separately for each job and expire at their stated deadline.

A receipt acknowledgment or fulfilment partner's readiness does not itself accept a booking. The booking is accepted when GCT issues its successful business confirmation. Changes to route, package, price, work window or collection instructions require validation and agreement before the changed service is performed.

3. Delivery execution and evidence

The accepted job specifies pickup and drop instructions and the service window. The ordering party must provide accurate contact details, package weight, contents, value and any special handling needs. GCT records actual assignment, pickup, delivery and failure events. Estimated times are estimates; a vehicle position or an internal assignment is not proof of delivery.

Failed delivery, redelivery, return or safe-custody instructions and any additional service charge must be agreed before that additional work begins. Completion requires the proof agreed for the job.

4. Cash collection

For a cash-on-delivery job, the collector must collect the full cash amount specified in the accepted instructions. This includes goods value and delivery charges when both are required by the job. A charge already included in that total is not added twice. The collection amount is separate from the fulfilment partner's earnings.

Collection, remittance and settlement are reconciled using stable evidence references. Cash collected by a fulfilment partner is not evidence that GCT has received it. Goods proceeds and taxes are accounted for separately from net delivery earnings.

5. Cancellation and service refunds

Cancellation before physical pickup is free of cancellation fees. If GCT cannot perform an accepted service, prepaid charges for the unperformed service are refunded. After physical pickup, any return or safe-custody instructions and additional service charges must be agreed before that work begins. No new penalty or charge is imposed retrospectively.

Verified service refunds are processed within five (5) business days after the refundable amount and original payment have been verified, through the originating payment channel. The receiving bank or payment channel may have its own settlement time.

6. Loss and damage

GCT is responsible for proven direct physical loss or damage caused while goods are in GCT's or its fulfilment partner's custody, up to the lower of the documented actual loss and the accepted declared value recorded at booking. Consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

The accepted declared value and handling restrictions are confirmed before booking. Insurance applies only where expressly agreed; no automatic insurance coverage is promised. Report loss or damage promptly with the job reference, delivery evidence and documents supporting the claimed value so that GCT can investigate and reconcile the claim.

7. Fulfilment-partner remittance and payment

Fulfilment partners remit COD proceeds owed to GCT, after any agreed retention shown in the reconciliation, by the end of the next business day after collection. Goods proceeds and taxes are kept separate from the partner's delivery earnings.

Reconciled amounts payable to a fulfilment partner are paid by manual bank transfer within two (2) business days of GCT's verified upstream receipt, after applicable deductions and agreed offsets. Earnings displayed before acceptance are estimates and are finalized from the actual verified receipt and agreed job terms. Verified unpaid amounts owed to GCT may be offset against received earnings payable; the remainder is payable to the partner. Unpaid amounts owed to GCT may restrict acceptance of new jobs.

Payment initiation does not establish receipt or completion of settlement. Disputed components are tracked separately. For these payment timelines, a business day is a day on which banks in GCT's registered-office city are open for ordinary business.

8. Support and grievances

Contact the GCT Support Team at support@gc-t.in for delivery support, payment reconciliation or grievances. Include the job reference, relevant dates, collection or payment reference and a description of the issue. GCT records the complaint, reviews the evidence and coordinates resolution with the relevant fulfilment partner or ordering counterparty.

Network-booking complaints follow the applicable network grievance process alongside GCT's support process. GCT remains the contact for the delivery service it contracts.

9. Operational information

Pickup and drop details, contact information, package information and necessary vehicle or location data are used for dispatch, fulfilment, evidence, payment reconciliation, support and dispute handling. Access is limited to the people and systems that need that information for the service. Records needed for legal obligations or unresolved disputes are retained for those purposes. Contact GCT Support Team for questions about delivery-service information or related requests.
